Foods with tryptophan?

I heard that bread, cheese, and milk are high in tryptophan.....which help you sleep/have vivid dreams. can anyone prove or disprove for me, Im really interested now?

According to Wikipedia "One gram of pumpkin seed protein contains as much tryptophan as a full glass of milk". For those of you who like your night-time cocktails, a good one to try would be to put apple juice and soaked pumpkin seeds into a blender. Whiz.
