      AcidJazz and Lucidity

Before I go to bed I usually put on some Zero7 or Boards of Canada real low, I usually go into SP pretty quickly, to the point where my body is numb and sinking into the bed, but will it be too much of a distraction while becoming lucid?

OP; I don't really know, I fall asleep real easily most of the time, even when I have music on (nice taste, btw )
      It hasn't distracted me yet.

I use music alot as well. I would suggest keeping the volume at a fairly low level. Sometimes if the volume is up too loud you will notice it when you are lucid and that can keep you connected to your main body, thus causing alot of clarity problems or even causing you to wake. I find that keeping the music on a lower volume alows me to fall asleep easier and I sometimes hear my songs on radios or whatnot during my dreams, but it isn't loud enough to interfere.
