It works well for me but does seem to surpress dreams for the first 4-5 hours. If you have a good long sleep then it does make for vivid dreams the next morning.

A Serotonine precursor I think is better (eg melotonine).

My personal favorite supplement is A-Acetly L-Tyrosine - it contains a huge does of B6 and the Tryosine boosts preprepherine and other compounds useful for dreaming - I take 3 or 4 before bed. I always dream when I take this - combined with Alpha GPC and galantamine at WBTB almost always gets me lucid.

      Thanks - I know.

I read that it can give nerve damage beyond a certain dosgae. The amount I take is way below that level (cant remember what it is off the top of my head) - and I dont take it every night. I also read that the damage is not permanent as long as you stop taking it when the symptoms start.

Good point though - always know what you are taking, why, how much is safe - and then dont take it often enough to become a problem.
