Yesterday night, I was extremely tired, but I had a TON of studying to do for a test (oh, the joys of college..!). Long story short, I ended up finding this energy spray called 'Kickers 80 Hour Energy Spray' (note, it doesn't literally last 80 hours, but there are 20 doses per bottle, which would equal out to 80 hours). So, I took a dose of it.
When I took the spray, it was a couple of hours before bed. I was still very tired after taking it, but when I layed down to go to sleep, I didn't drift off as normal.
I encountered a few false awakenings a few hours after I had fallen asleep, where I felt like I was awake and still hadn't gone to sleep. Then, I also felt myself fall into SP. All in all, it was a totally weird experience going to sleep, because while I was asleep, I felt like I was awake and hadn't yet fallen asleep.
The SP lead to an 'Almost Lucid' dream, (it caught me by surprise, because I wasn't expecting to lucid at all!)
After I woke up in the morning, I realzed WOW, there were so many times I could've lucid dreamed that night! And wondered what the heck happened. (I've had very few lucid dreams, and even very few chances!).
Then I realized: The energy spray.
I peeled back the Nutritional Info on the bottle, and, tada:
Vitamin B3: 125 MG 625% Daily Value
Vitamin B6: 10 MG 500% DV
Vitamin B12: 200 MCG 3333% DV
Along with other things like Green Tea Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Caffeine, White Willow (bark).. etc.
You can find it at Walmart.. At least, that's where I got it. And for me, it's worth trying again tonight when I am expecting a lucid. There are really high levels of Vitamin B in it, so I wouldn't suggest taking it EVERY night.. But I am happily surprised that this spray seems like it will be a good lucid aid.
