I started taking magnesium glycinate about a month ago. I'd read a lot about it online and how many people are mag deficient. It's supposed to be good for leg cramps, irregular heartbeats and depression etc. I noticed immediately that I was having lots of dreams. On the third day, I took a tablet right before bed because I had forgotten to take it earlier in the day. The next morning I had a semi lucid flying dream, my first one in YEARS. I immediately got interested in lucid dreaming again and came to this site and started reading Laberge's ETWOLD. I've been having at least one or two lucidity breakthroughs every week since then.

On a side note, a few of the breakthroughs I've had simply involve verifying first hand that what people are saying about dreams is true! For instance I've had two false awakenings in the past ten days. In the first one my cell phone wouldn't work, and today the times on my digital clocks in my room were over an hour different from each other. In both of these cases, I didn't realize I was dreaming. But they were great learning experiences and hopefully next time I'll catch these signs.
