Thread: 1980's poster titled "To Dream"

I bought a poster back in the 80's that had a title called "To Dream" It gave step by step instructions for creating a lucid dream and it worked like a charm for me every time. I would have a WILD from a nap when I tried following the simple steps written on the poster. No diary, no lengthy preparation. It told you to lay down and have your arms at your sides and then it gave a meditation technique. I used it a few times, enjoyed it but didn't realize how valuable it was and eventually threw the poster out after it had gotten ripped during a move. I did not write down the steps that were written on the poster and now years later I can't remember them! I have tried other meditation techniques found here and various other sites and none have been effective. Are there any olsters out there who also had that poster and by some miracle remember the steps written on it???
