      Tazo Zen Green Tea

Hey, I know there is already a thread about green tea, but i just wanted to start a new one focusing on only Tazo Zen Green Tea. Its the only grean tea that i think tastes good and it's the best dream-aid* I have ever tried. It has lemon grass in it to help you relax and also some spearmint. But whenever I drink it before bed i always have this REALLY LONG and AMAZING dream, like a dream about something I really like and I remember every detail of it (well..almost). I'm telling you, you should try it..

*P.S... the reason I said Dream aid was because i havent had lucids from it because i suck at having lucids, i've only had like 5 (short) lucids and 1 good one. So maybe it will help you with lucids..idk.

And the lucid aids that i have tried are apple juice, b vitamins, peanut butter, lettuce, pickles(lol), amino acids(in the form of protien powder), relaxing teas, foods high in melatonin, and im sure im forgetting at least 3.

      sounds interesting!
But does the tea have caffine? whenever i drink caffinated tea before bed, it usually keeps me up.

But, lately I have been drinking a version of Rooibos tea(called Piccolo) before sleeping, and it helps me relax. It is a South African redbush tea with no caffine and great healing and relaxing properties.

it does have caffiene, but only about 15 mg, and thats nothing and doesnt even affect me. A can of coke has like 30-60 mg and a cup of coffee has 70-120 mg. And even if you dont have a tolorance to caffiene, I'm pretty sure the relaxing benifits of the tea will outweigh the caffiene. And btw, the caffiene in green tea is good for you since it is in a small dose(as long as you dont add sugar), because it helps burn fat around your organs so eventually you will lose some weight.

Yah, that makes sense. I've had some strong teas that have kept me up, but I'm sure with the relaxing herbs in there and the low caffine I could get to sleep pretty well. I"ll check it out though, and see how it works.

I've been drinking the tazo green tea for the past week now. A cup about an hour before bed, and it doesn't keep me up.
