HAs anyone tried Choline and its precursors such as Alpha GPC before bed????

Would appreciate hearing your experiences if so.

I know the normal logic is at WBTB.

The issue is that I only get 5 hours sleep midweek as I have a busy life. I commute very early to work and am up until 11-12:00pm most nights.

I get Lucid every weekend as I get to lie in a little and have time to follow the normal WBTB process.

I was wondering whether NOT taking anything to promote serotonine, and INSTEAD taking 600-900mg of Alpha GPC (plus B3 and 5) before bed might give me more or longer REM cycles at the start of the night??

I know this might give me less deep sleep mid week - but I only have to get up early 4 days a week - I can catch up on my deep sleep while WBTB the other 3 days.

HAs anyone tried this??????
