ZMA = Vivid dreams

I think this may have helped me.
I was taking it partially for dreaming, but for muscle recovery as well because I'm working out a bit harder than normal. I took two of GNC's blend, which I kinda don't like (I heard it touted as being the shitty version lol) of Zinc, Magnesium Aspartate, B-6, Folic Acid, Valerian, (I knowwwww... I think it might be even better without out it :/), Hops Flower, Copper, B-12, and B-2. I've been taking it for about two weeks with a few days where I've skipped.
Last night I took it with a 3mg melatonin and about 750 mg of GNC choline (I give them credit for their choline; Choline is also good for muscle recovery). I had trouble sleeping ironically about five hours in, and I ended up staying up for about an hour. I went back to sleep and the preemptive feeling of Sleep Paralysis started to set in. It excited me, so I just started subtly thinking about Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection. I remember something about the latter saying you had to "Roll out and down," and I focused that a bit as well. About 20 minutes in I went under and I did feel like I had rolled out of bed. The dream started just becoming extremely vivid (Probably one of the most vivid I get on a weeknight of sleep), and after a while I realized I was dreaming.

I slept for about seven hours total, but I took a nap in the middle of the day, and I had another DEILD chain. It was three this time, but the exits were very slow compared to when I took Galantamine+Choline, albeit just as vivid.

I'm going to continue experimenting with this.
