looking for advice on lucid dreams Aid

I am looking for lucid aids and how to use them.
I got myself Remynil (Galantamine)8 mg,b vitamins complex,melatonin 3 mg pills,
valerian 100 mg.So far made three attempts with no luck at all,even in recalling dreams.Anyboy has any suggestions ? I build quick tolerance to drugs so maybe I should use higher dosages of Galantamine? And on top of that here in Italy
dietary supplements have very low dosage and are heavily regulated if no downright illegal or unavailable.Any help is appreciated.

One thing to take into consideration is that supplements are merely aids and will not give you lucid dreams. You still have to put in as much effort as you do without using supplements.
