      Has anyone tried the White Noise Meditation albums?

      I bought the thunderstorm album and will be listening to it tonight.
      I got it from itunes but you can read about it here: http://whitenoisemeditation.com/luciddreaming.aspx
      I gave it a little listening to and it was soothing. I put it on my ipod so it will loop. Has this helped anyone?

      I used white noise to try the Ganzfeld Effect a few days ago - really trippy - strongly recommended. I got the most amazing HH light show and visuals after about 10 mins.

      I recorded white noise direct from the radio. I used my digital voice recorder I use for recording my dreams and hooked it up to my stero system and recorded 90 minutes of white noise. No need to buy white noise!

      If anyone wants my white noise recording I will post it.
