no changes in dream patterns. is it really supposed to work?
B6 is supposed to help make your dreams more vivid, increase clarity, thus making then more memorable and stand out in your mind. It isn't going to make you lucid, just give you that slight edge (in vividness) that can help you realize you are dreaming. Still have to put in the work unfortunately.
