      Melatonin+ B Complex+ Tryptophan+ Nicotine Patch

      I have melatonin, B Complex, Tryptophan, and a nicotine patch which I heard induces vivid dreams. I'm going to ingest all these tonight and hopefully have a crazy intense, vivid, fucked up dream. Any advice or suggestions on how much to take and what time to take them?

      Also the correct dosages of each?

      I have...

      1000mg Tryptophan
      6mg Melatonin
      14mg nicotine patch
      and a bottle of vitamin B50 complex pills.

      Take the 6mg Melo BEFORE bed - about 30 mins before you would normally sleep. 6mg is fine as a single dose. anywhere between 5 to 10mg is "normal".

      DO NOT TAKE THE TRYP AT THE SAME TIME - it does the same thing as the melatonin (makes serotonin) - and too much serotonin has the opposite effect. 6mg of Melo is fine for a single night. Use about half the Tyrp another night (you have enough for 2 doses with 1000mg). Therefore in total you have three nights/doses worth of serotonin precursors.

      Set your alarm to go off after about 5 hours of sleep. When it goes off then have a piss and put on the nicotine patch.

      NOTE - that the patch (if 14mg or 21mg) will make your heart speed up and if you dont smoke you will get a decent buzz from it and will make it hard for you to go back to sleep. Therefore if you have to get up early for work/school then you are wasting a patch. I find patches are the best tool for getting lucid from supplements - they make you dream your nuts off and keep you real close to the wake/sleep boundary for a long time. Excellent for WILDing. Therefor only use patches at the weekend or when you can sleep in or you will waste your time and a patch.

      It will take you about an hour to get back to sleep. Use relaxation techniques to speed this up. Read up on how to WILD - nico patches are an excellent way to slip into a WILD.

      Forget the B50. I use B3, B5, B6 and B12 - which all have different uses in LDing - but I have not heard of B50 being used before. If you want then take a dose before bed - it wont hurt - but it will be the Melo+patch combo that will do most of the work.

      Thanks for all the info man. I did what you recommended (melatonin+patch) and I actually had my first lucid dream ever! I did a WILD at about 4am and went into SP I think. I started hallucinating and stuff then I went lucid. It only lasted probably a minute or two I'm not positive then I woke up. Thanks for your advice. I'm out of melatonin so I'll be using the 500mg tyrptophan tonight with a patch. I also acquired some valerian extract and 5-HTP so I'm gonna read up on that and maybe give em a go!

      Oh, and also the B50 pills just has all the B vitamins in it including the B3, B5, B6, and B12. They are timed-release though so should I break them in half (for instant-release) or take them whole?
