      Orange Juice: Success?

So i've been creeping around to find some lucid aid, and came across orange juice. Once I heard about it here, I googled and low and behold it seemed everyone was talking about it.

Lately my mom stopped buying me coke, so I had to start drinking Tropicana OJ. I thought it was perfect, because my fridge is full of OJ, and it's a pretty cheap method.

I drank a huge glass about 20 minutes before going to bed.

I tried to WILD, and I'm pretty sure I succeeded but I had a false awakening. If that wasn't it, then I don't know what. I just remembered going into this phase that I always go through, where my body "spins" on my bed clockwise. Usually after that, I realize that it's safe to get up because I'm dreaming, but last night I thought I was still awake, and I thought that my transitiofoning failed, so I didnt even move just in case. I think then I fell asleep.

I've only had a few lucid dreams, and 3 of them were without trying. I haven't had one in a few weeks, and I don't think it was just a coincidence. I would've had an LD if it wasn't for me not realizing i'm dreaming.

      What do you guys think?

I will try again tonight, and get back to you.
      hey there.

Wow! I've never heard of using OJ as a lucid aid, but maybe I should start.

It was pretty much a failure.
I drank the OJ at 10:30 and laid down at like.. 11.

After a long time, I realized I was still wide awake. I checked the time and it was 12:30.
I had originally set my alarm at 3am, so I could WBTB.

I checked my time again and it was 1:20 am, and I was so mad because I had school the next morning.

Eventually I fell asleep, and when my alarm rang I just threw my phone at the wall. Didn't work, but i'll try again tonight.
      hey there.

I drink ~7 ounces about 1-2 hours before bed. It helps my memory (in general), which is great for remembering dreams in the morning. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is useful for attaining lucid dreams, but I find it essential to my dream recall. I've been 'on' OJ for over a year, and at several points I have stopped drinking it to make sure I haven't been experiencing a placebo effect. It usually takes 2-3 days to start seeing improvements in my memory.
