I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but I drank a Arizona Green Tea before sleeping and I remembered 3 dreams, when I only remembered like 1 or fragments of dreams before, and after that day I'm only remembering again 1 or 2 dreams.

Man, first let me say I drink arizona green tea like it's my frickin' job

Firs of all, if you're looking into any health or dreaming benefits, you want green tea. Secondly, if you're looking for any health or dreaming benefits, you're better off brewing your own.

Arizona Iced Tea? Bad idea.. it's not as much of a 'tea' as it is a confection. The sugar content alone makes it a bad idea.
You want something warm and soothing. Try Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea or Sleepytime Extra (with Valerian). It tastes nice and I've found it to be a helpful sleeping aid.
