please help. i ordered the rem dreamer and not sure how to use it.what is wild and dild. i'm looking to get started but it seems very complicated. can anybody simplify it for me or try? please help! ernie |

REM-Dreamer
I just ordered the REM-Dreamer. Its a lucid dream induction device like the Nova Dreamer but it is cheaper and it has Two Way Communication between you and the computer while you are dreaming.
Does anyone have one of these or tried one? I would love to hear some feed back.

As I have not received my REM-Dreamer I can't tell you anything about how to operate it.
WILD is a wake induced lucid dream=meaning there is no break in awareness as you begin to dream.
DILD is a dream induced lucid dream meaning you were already dreaming, woke up & entere dreaming again only this time you achieve lucidity as a indirect side effect of prior mental rest & as a direct result of a firm intention
There is an excellent tutorials section that is quite informative. That way you blend in rather than an obvious newbie.
