      "Virtual Thunderstorm" as an aid?

      Just a quick test. I recently downloaded a 'virtual thunderstorm' mp3 for my mp3 player, and I've been wanting to fall asleep to it. So I will. I actually think it would work well with WBTB WILDs, as it's calming rain and then a crack or two of thunder to keep yourself aware. For now, though, I'm just going to see if I get anything on its own. I'll post tomorrow with results!

      As an aid to lucidity, it would have to be a sign for you in the dream - if you hear it in the dream or experience a thunderstorm, it should trigger your awareness for it to be a lucid aid. Keep that in mind.
      As an aid to falling asleep, I think that'd be a great aid for a calming and relaxing mood when pulling up the blankets and letting go of your tensions.
