Specific Proteus Sessions Which Are Condusive to LD

I already own a Proteus light and sound machine. I did a search and it seems like there are a few other Proteus owners here. My question is this: Do you have a session you use which seems to be particularly condusive to LD or OBE states? I saw one person say that they liked 18Hz sessions which reduced awakening theta states there by increasing concentration. Do you find that regular general use has improved your ability to attain or maintain lucidity? Thanks for your time and responses!
