choline without galantamine

Does anyone thing choline without galantamine would work in helping to LD?

I would take choline with b-6 on my days off from taking galantamine & choline & b-6.

I havent read any report claiming a success story with just choline alone...

Choline by itself helps with dream vividness. I have had bouts where I have taken a gram or so of Choline before sleeping. I wasn't consciously aware of my dreams, but I can remember them as vivid, and could report many details in a journal.

Can you try the WBTB method with this?

you suppose to do it at WBTB anyway , cause both the galantamine + choline are stimulants and if they are taken before bed at night you re likely to stay awake most of the night.....
