Timing of Vit-B6
Okay, so I've searched the boards about Vitamin B6 and have decided to take it along with Melatonin. I take the melatonin before I go to bed, as I have been doing on and off for the past week or so. But I have a question....when should I take the Vitamin B6 to yield the best results? I have searched, but it seems as if everyone has beat around the bush for this answer...so for those who have tried/use the B6 when do you recommend?

try taking it before an REM period.
if you take it before bed you may not notice much. b vitamins are probably best after 3-5 hours of sleep (basically a bit before the best time for a LD). i guess there isn't a set methodology - just keep tweaking it and see what happens.
