kk quick question, do you want like link to articals? Or do you want me to read them (im going to hit up my college's library this monday) and put the highlights of what i found, or a little review, or the name of the book/artical, date and author, im a little confused on this right now  probably easy though, i have a tendency of making things harder then what they are.. haha:eek:

I prefer to be able to link sources so people can read them on their own and check our work, but if you find something in your school library for example, feel free to use it as long as you are able to give some specific quotes (not paraphrased) that writers can use as reference. When you quote something from a book or article from school, it would be awesome if you could reference it just as you would in a school paper (MLA format or whatever). :)

Visited the library today and took out every book they had on lucid dreaming. There was 6 all together, only 2 of them was available.
Dreaming While Awake by Arnold Mindell
Lucid Dreaming By Tony Crisp
I have only had the chance to briefly flick through these. None of them really explain the history of lucid dreaming. Dreaming While Awake talks about aboriginal and Tibetan monks a fair bit though.
I will have a proper read through them both within this next week and I will post anything interesting I find.
While I was at the library it seemed like the only books they had on Dreams was dream interpretation books =/ So it looks like I am not going to be a huge help when it comes to finding resources on the history of dreams & lucid dreaming.
I would appreciate if someone on the research department takes a trip to their local library and see what sources they find. Anything on the history of dreaming and lucid dreaming would be most valuable.
EDIT - The reason I ask for books is because I believe we are using way to many internet resources. I am sure you all know the reliability of the internet =/
Thanks xx

Yeah, those interpretation ones are so annoying, 'cause they're not really useful for anything -_-
I'll see if I can find anything at my college library in the next week.

So I sent PMs out like a week ago and no one has replied or posted in this thread. (apart from Naiya of course :) )
So I am right in assuming that none of you are willing to pull your weight around here?
-
Yeah, it's likely we'll have to rehaul the staff here again. :(
IMO, it's better having only a handful of people, if those people are all available and doing work.
Edit: And mark my words, when we get to the "fun" chapters, people will all be trying to jump in and write 'em. But whoever did the most work at this point now will be the ones getting their pick of what to do next. :P

I am going to do some work within the next few days and send out PMs to all the members. Hopefully they will commit themselves and actually do something this time. :)

Woot, thanks so much. :D
I'm hoping to really shift gears next week and get a lot done over winter break. :)

Lemme get into uni and I'll come back to help xD As I said before, this is a very busy year for me.
If you need anything from me, PM me, even though I don't promise I'll have time for it.
