I know some people have it as a dream goal but has anyone actually done it? Just pure curiosity here.

IMO that would be very difficult to accomplish! First, turning the computer on (if it isn't already) then typing a real message that actually makes sense, and then clicking "post quick reply".
The words might not show up the same as in real life, and the keyboard will most likely have wierd characters and symbols on it.
Every electronic device like computers, phones, Ipod, etc...seem to act weird in dreams.
Well for my part.:panic:

Yeah, it would be pretty difficult. But does it even have to make sense?
Say you fall asleep at 3:00pm using a WILD method. You have a lucid dream, post something on dreamviews. You think you wrote down "Hey guys, I'm in a dream right now, writing this down!". You wake up, check dreamviews and it could just be a bunch of letters like "dfgjhdfgl;ituvdg" but the time is was written was like 3:05 or something. You would have been sleeping so you would know.
But yeah, it would be super difficult. And lets be realistic, just because you would post it in a dream, doesn't mean its gonna happen in RL. But it would be neat to try it though.:)
Megan... I don't think he means IRL posting on Dreamviews... I think he meant posting on Dreamviews IN the dream.
Looks like neither situations have ever been done, haha.
I can use computers easily in my LDs, but I am on computers very often... who knows. in my DJ I tried to find my DG by googling him, it was easier than using my phone. Light switches I have to will to turn on when I switch them though. I could prolly post on dreamviews in a lucid np... but that seems kinda boring... If its a challenge for ppl I could see why, but for me that's just mundane. Why do in a dream what I already do IRL?
I had a vivid non lucid about posting on dream views last night. It was suprisingly realistic and I didn't seem as 'stupid' as I usually do in my dreams... Stange coincidence as I've only just noticed this thread...

I do wonder if you can learn to control your waking body from your sleep(more like how hard and how much effort is needed). Being sleeping but taking control and moving about in real life with concious control.
People can sleepwalk so I don't see it a too far stretch to go and take control of your body at the same if you take your time to explore these kinda things.
I DID go in dreamviews in one of my lucids, but I didn't post anything, instead I looked for a post.
It was a WILD, I stood up from my bed and did a RC, I was dreaming. I felt extremely heavy and disoriented and could not stabilize. I couldn't be standing up for more than 5 seconds because the heaviness would drag me to the floor. I made my way to the computer and went in Dreamviews, I searched "Lucid Dream Heaviness Glitch" The first post I read said to scream aloud "THIS WILL STOP RIGHT NOW", or anything alike, to this date when ever I have this kind of "glitch", I scream "NONE OF THIS SHIT TONIGHT", and it makes the glitch go away :)
What, you mean everyone else here isn't asleep right now?
:D
