My Dream Guide was busy...

Okay, so I went to bed last night with intentions of finding my dream guide. Sure enough, I had a lucid, and I remembered I wanted to find him/her.

The last time I tried to meet them, I tried to summon them out of a pool that was nearby. I saw a face appear, but I never got to talk to him or do anything else before I woke up, so I wasn't even sure that he was my dream guide.

This time I was in a big city. I decided to say aloud: "Dream guide, if you can hear me, please send a text message to the phone in my pocket telling me if I can meet you and where."

Immediately after I finished my sentence, I felt a vibration and heard a ring from inside my pocket. I reached in and pulled out my phone. It was a text message from my dream guide. It read "Sure thing, soldier. I've actually got some things to do at the moment but if you wait until 9:04 I will be available and will tell you where you can meet me."

I looked at the clock on my phone and it was 7:04. My dream guide wanted me to wait 2 hours before I could see him.
I went exploring the city for awhile to kill some time, but surely enough, I awoke before 2 hours passed.

Does anyone know what this means? If anyone here has decent experience with dream guides, can you give me advice on how to meet him? Because the first time I only saw him, and this time I only managed to text him. I want to at least have a conversation.

It seems to me that your DG is in the army. Good luck With that.

As for contacting him, it's your dream. You could, theoretically, make him appear at any time. On the other hand, DGs seem to have the same amount of control as you. So it's like the ultimate shared dream, so he could totally counter your desires.

Sorry for the crappy advice, but it's all I got. :p

I'd suggest doing sort of the same thing. Only instead of asking your Dream Guide to send you a text message (I find text incredibly difficult to read, and maybe it really did say 7:04 and not 9:04 :P) of where and when to meet, say something like:

"Dream guide, if you can hear me, please meet me in the next shop/cafe/store/around the corner/etc."

The first time I met mine, I was in a classroom and I asked if my DG was present and he put his hand in the air and walked to me, like he's always watching just waiting for me to ask for him. Your's might be hiding in the crowd waiting for you.

Okay thank you both for the advice, I'll try that out and see if he will meet me somewhere or if he's already around me.

I just hope he's not too busy again. :?
