Car driving and wind

Yesterday I became lucid when was driving a car. I put my head out of the window but there was no wind and I was driving fast; not really fast, but fast enought to get plenty of wind.

Did anyone else got the same sensation (or lack of) when driving a car or something else?

Now that you mention, I realize that I've had a similar experience, though non-lucid. I was cruising down the freeway in my dad's truck, and my windshield suddenly got blocked, I think by heavy rain. I was just about to freak out because I couldn't see and I'm sketchy with manual transmissions, but then I pulled an Ace Ventura and stuck my head out the window. There wasn't any significant wind resistance, like there should have been.

My guess would be that if we're paying absolutely no attention to something in a dream, it may not be manifested. There are so many things during the day that we don't notice, so I'll bet those things just get left out of our dreams all together.
