Dream fades into... reality

Just had a weird, short lucid just before waking up yesterday, and figured I'd come here again, since I haven't done so in a while
So basically, I have a FA from a dream, and someone starts making fun of me because I didn't manage to aknowledge I was dreaming. I figure I might aswell check if I'm actually awake atm, since the whole thing seemed awkward anyway.
Well, yeah, I was still dreaming, laying in my bed. I take a look at my hands and they're very weird, they seemed to be fading. It seemed like... a transparent mess, if anything lol. I try to do the "increase lucidity" trick, but nothing works. I'm also very weak for some reason (maybe because I was sick at that time?) and I can barely lift myself up. I manage to go to the window and float around a bit, until I have another FA again, exactly like the last one. hands transparent, couldn't lift myself up, just crawl while trying very hard. I just figure I might aswell stare at my hands while looking at the ceiling just laying in my bed. Suddenly, I'm awake. EVERYTHING (except my hands) was exactly as the last image I saw while dreaming, I don't even remember opening my eyes. It was a very weird feeling, something like... reality taking form from the dream. It felt pretty cool, actually lol
