      First lucid dream ever!

No preparation, no WILDs, just completely random. I was having a nightmare, actually, that my nana's house was haunted. Later on in the dream, my brother, his girlfriend, and Reece (their friend- we had a flirtation) and I were going to go to the beach. Before we left, I looked in the mirror and my reflection was blurry. It was then I realized with a start that I was dreaming!

At first I tried to fly, but couldn't get off the ground very successfully. Instead, I put my efforts in making out with Reece ahaha. I remember everything felt so realistic, as if i wasn't dreaming at all, and I had to keep reminding myself that it was all a dream.

Is that how it is for any of you? Like, it feels like you're awake? Not even in another consciousness?

      yes, sometimes.

sometimes its quite different.... ranging from foggier to hyper-realistic.

      congratulations on your first LD!
