      My First Lucid Dream EVER!

      Well, last night I dreamt that I was at a coffee shop having coffee with some people. I look at my phone to see what time it was and it said 7:83, I stand up and look at my hands I didn't count my fingers, but I knew I was dreaming. I got too excited and woke up. Maybe tonight I will try to keep calm if i realise I am dreaming again.

      I've read other people also getting too excited and waking up, that'll propably stop atleast after a few LDs, when you get used to the feeling.

      Well done, did you feel you're breathing increase when this happened? I usually get that, but have learnt to stay with my dreams now.

      this might of happened to me. i woke up saying "i am lucid dreaming." It is exciting. we just have keep calm. good luck and good job or you fist LD
