What is the most interesting thing a DC has said to you? What do you say to them?

I have read about people who have talked to their Dream Charactures and recieved deep and meaningful insight, have found a dream guide or have had spiritual awakinings in their dreams. What questions should I ask to get the most interesting results from my DC's? When I tell them I am dreaming they could care less, when I ask if they are part of my psyche they refuse to admit to it, when I ask about God they shoo me off. Any help in getting somewhere with my DC's?
