Failure at it best!
So my friend was staying over at me last night. We were going to try the WBTB technique. We went to bed at 01.00 am. We talked about Lucid Dream all night long. I know that NREM phase lasts for 90 minutes. So in 02.30 am we woke up because of my alarm. As the LaBerge says we stood awake for like an hour. We ate something, brush our teeth etc. After one hour we went back to bed. Here it goes.
We woke up in the morning. No lucid dreams. No even recalling. Complete failure. Why? What did we do wrong? At that 1 hour we were awake, we constantly did reality checks too! Someone please help us. I'm really getting frustrated :(

Well, generally, first try doesn't work, so its normal.
Also, the time to stay awake is different for everyone, so it might be you were too awake, not to mention, the cycles are different for everyone too, and trying the exact 90mins isn't reliable either, you need to work on your own schedule.

addition : You might have to read much more about lucid dreaming and its techniques so your mind becomes familiar with it .
Good Luck

Thank you for info. I think i'll try WBTB more but i'll be up for 15 minutes or so, 1 hour is too much for me :/
