Too tired to get out of my dream bed!

Whats up all! I'm still fairly new to lucid dreaming. I started having them a about a year or two ago and find that they come and go in clusters. I'll have a dry spell for a month or two, then I'll have several over the period of a few weeks. These past few weeks I've been having lucid experiences but they're a little different from the norm. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this or has advice on how to overcome it.

Often times I have trouble sleeping and find myself laying in bed thinking, sometimes for up to several hours. These last few lucid experiences started out just like this. I'll be laying there with my eyes closed letting my mind wander aimlessly when it dawns on me that I'm not awake anymore. I'll open my eyes to a dark room and find that I'm still in the bed I went to sleep in. I'll do a quick dream check to confirm.

Now typically when I discover that I'm dreaming I'll get very excited and have a burst of energy, but in these new dreams I just feel extremely tired. In some of them I couldn't even bring myself to get out of my dream bed. I just wanted to lay there and sleep my dream away. The times I did force myself to get up it seemed to be such a strain to do so that I wake up immediately. I don't even have a chance to ground myself. I'm too tired and cloudy minded to care really that I'm dreaming.

I've had about four or five consecutive lds like this so far. Anyone else experience this?

How lucid are you exactly when this happens?

I had this same thing happen to me. I finally had my first real wild, woke up in my dream bed, but was too tired to get out. I told myself i'd just wild another time, and waited for my lucidity to fade. I woke up later really disappointed.
