Hey guys, I just started reading about lucid dreams and how to be able to attain them and while I was doing that I remembered a pretty strange night.
I was in my bed, I think I was woke up (maybe I aws actually dreaming) but them in a second I saw this huuuge flash of light which made we fucking trip, and then I can't remember anything lol
Did this ever happen to anybody else ?
I have this sometimes, it's called 'visual sleep starts' and it can occur within 2 hours of going to sleep.. If it's accompanied by a big loud sound it's called 'exploding head syndrome' :D It's quite the scary thing, but it's harmless:)
Anyway, it's probably this, certainly sounds like it:)
