first lucid; by accident, scared

well, it was 1 am and i was just day dreaming thoughts in my head. what if this? what if that? i said i must be dreaming, but i knew i was awake. shortly after that strange things began happening. a couple minutes later i felt something pushing down on me and i heard a weird ringing in my ears, i tried to move since i was so scared, but i couldnt, next thing i knew... i was at school. i knew it wasnt real because my school had been almost remodeled, it was the same school but it looked more new. i walked around for a bit, then out of no where i was transported into a sewer filled with zombies. i walked for 30 seconds then was surrounded. i waz then transported back to my school. i was on the staircase and i was like wait, this is a dream ( i already knew it was) i can do anything i want, so i like, jumped really high, in which i was then transported to my room. i couldnt move, i could only open 1 eye but somehow i was finally able to move so i looked at my
phone, which was on my bed, and it was transparent. i was like... crap im still dreaming, i looked at the foot of my bed and there was an assortment of knick knacks from my room,
i tried to move and put them back, but i couldnt move to put them back, the next thing i knew i was in my classroom, my friend was talking to a kid i barely knew, and a girl in
one of my other classes voices was talking to them as if she were at the table, but she was either invisible or not there. i was transported back to my room, again with only 1
eye open, i was starting to get really scared. i was telling myself WAKE UP then i woke up. it was really scary, especially since i gave up on trying to lucid dream a while ago.
