An obe or a lucid dream

This is one of the most interesting experiences of mine..
Around 2pm i thought i should meditate on my third eye...So i started meditating...
But suddenly i started loosing concentration...But i was feeling weird..I still cant decide what was that feeling..
I tried again but i just couldnt concentrate on third eye...
Point be noted that i was using a triangle method...Means i was trying to hear that beep voice along with concentrating on third eye..
After that i thought i should take a short nap because i just couldnt concentrate on third eye..
Ok so what happened in that nap is quite interesting....
I realised that i am in my room....Than it suddenly triggered me that may be i am out of body...I just thought about it and i was in my body...
Than i tried every possible method to exit but the resistence was too strong...
Than suddenly i could see my room...Yeah you are right..I couldnt see my room before..But i could somehow sense it..
Ok so next may i thought i should swirl and in a instance i was swirling...Lol
after that i felt fully conscious...I tried some indirect techniques but nothing worked..
But the one thing which i stil cant undertand is this that were i dreaming..?
The experience was too dull....May be it was another dream..
But if it was a dream than it was probably a lucid dream..
Because in some part i knew that it might be a dream..
