i have had a ton of sex dreams lately so what does this mean? i am a guy

Sorry for a late response; could mean a lot of things. Depending on your age, going through puberty is a possibility. Maybe your thinking about it a lot whilst awake.
Can't really pinpoint something like this if you know what I mean.
