What was your (wild) lucid dream like?

I had experiened my first (wild) lucid dream one night without any knowledge of what lucid dreaming was. ofcourse it freaked me out to conciousely enter a dream like that so it only lasted like 3sec.
I had been lying still for what seemed like 10min.
As i remained counciouse but very relaxed my body shut down. next came the visualse and into the (spirit world/dream) i went.
i found myself moving slowly twords a lot of bright lights. then i awoke to find my body paralyzed. what a trip.

My first WILD was during a nap. After around 20 min I found myself outside jogging. I could smell and hear so much. It overwhelmed me a bit and I woke up.
