Thread: Nose RC

I turned lucid for the very first time using this method. It's by far my favourite reality check! I checked a good couple of times in the dream even after turning lucid just for the sensation of breathing through a blocked nose.

Yep. It's a good'un. It has only failed for me a couple of times when I thought I wasn't holding my nose tight enough. Now I tell myself if I can even get a little air through, I am dreaming.

I loved the feeling of air running through my nose when it was plugged! But I had one failure where my stuffy nose in real life made me think that me plugging my nose in the dream was blocking the air, so I thought I wasn't dreaming

I've failed quite a few times, due to reasoning that I could breathe due to having a snotty nose! Doh

Its usually quite reliable though, Its the best in my opinion

This is by far my most reliable RC and basically the only one I use since it has never failed me. I love it and so should YOU!

This is my primary reality check. It works most of the time.

You're not the only one. I haven't done this in a while, but every time I have, I've thought it was just the coolest sensation.

I got lucid with it again last night! And its not failed me so far. Sometimes i have to do it multiple times to convince myself I'm really dreaming but it always gets me lucid eventually.
I love how you can't really tell where the air is coming from but you can still feel yourself breathing...
