since i was a child!!! sharing my lucid and obe experience/s- amazing fun and sometimes scary...

since I was very young.. and woke up in my sleep, I used to make myself go back to sleep thinking of what i wanted to dream about pictured in my head- back then it was lollies, places etc, i would often tell my younger brother he could go where ever he wanted in his sleep. often i would end up in a lucid dream experiencing my desires for my childhood wishes sometimes nightmares though...
just a quick profile- iam not religious just open minded- my dreams seem to reflect a religious experience- I dont know why i dream like this-
later in life as a teenager, I experienced many more.. always 'waking up' thinking i was awake- every thing around me the same room house etc- then when i went to do something like turn on a light and didnt come on i would then realise iam in a lucid dream- often in fear.. mainly in darkness, just trying to wake up for real was all i wanted at this stage...
late teens after discovering meditation I had more powerful dreams.. an obe aswell.
I was more fearful at this stage.. always the same thing.. waking up in my room everything exactly how it is- once i was i woke into a lucid dreamlooking out my bedroom window the only thing that made this a dream was the ghost appearence of a darthvader style character black head to toe cloak -hood- red eyes- cloak covered the feet but he was floating about 20 cm of the ground towards me- every time i thought of how to protect myself this character froze- I imagined protection of an angel- didnt work- he floated closer-I said a saying i learnt to protect myself- then my vision went black- sleep paralyis now. cept hands came down and started strangling me,,, same thing for the to stop i tried all different techniques for protection.. finally woke to relief.
next dream maybe few mnths later was similar- But PEACEFULL and amazing early morning daylight.. felt like i woke up.. realised my eyes were open in a sleep paralysis.. i was fearful cept this time i heard a small childs laugh.. it was right next to me on my right side i could feel the presence.. I turned my head away scared to look. but then realised that it wouldnt go awy till i looked. the most amazing beautiful girl long gold hair but in native american clothing feathers etc and gold and seethrough ghost like.. but the most beautiful girl id ever seen... she giggled again, I felt safe and warm.. I asked her, her name... she said "me" and giggled, i thought thats because she didnt have an identity and was an angel. then i said "who sent you" she said "dave mercy" 2 years later i realised it was " 'day of mercy' and misinterpreted. when she said that i looked at my bedroom ceiling.. just in a small patch was dream imageclouds seethrough appeareance and a gentle hand came out of the clouds and ushered me to come up.. gold light was eminanting from the clouds. i looked at the hand and decided not to float up.. i was worried of leaving my body and not coming back. i looked back at the little girl and asked her to write that down for me.. she skipped to my bedroom chair i heard the sound a texta makes on paper.. and then all of a sudden was if my eyes went back to normal--- I knew i was awake really now and the first thing i did was go to the chair and to my disbelief there was a texta and paper there but nothing written on the paper-- very strange but so real the dream was i had to check i was still alive lol..
many lucid dreams have been between.. but major experience was a few mnths ago.. 8 years after my last major dream... was falling asleep started to feel so light then floated out of my body.. i was leave a dim light on in my rm when i sleep and this dim light was present. I looked at my hands i knew i was out of my body.. i floated into my lounge rm and closed my blinds.. i knew i was dreaming and was scared to look outside in case if i saw something i didnt want to see.. i then went back to bed.. but ended up laying beside my sleeping body- i could hear myself snoring next to me.. i wanted so much to wake up.. i then almost felt like i was dead but realised it didnt matter iam exisiting i still have a body so went floating back out into my lounge rm- i realised i could go adventuring i went to go out my front door, but heard the most loudest electronic noise in my hall as i stepped past a certain point where my intercom was the sound gave me a fright so i went back to my room passing that point again i heard the same noise.. when i went back to my room i sat on my bed listenining to me snoring i patted my cats both of them were on my bed- feeling so much love for them i looked around and had a realisation that everything was alive, my sheets walls etc and that everything was beautiful.. my cats faces started to look more animated and then i adjusted my vision to make their faces go back to normal.. a baby appeared next to me floating- i was scared but just said lovely baby and felt ok again. then a donald duck stuffed toy appeared on my bed.. then i went and wanted to turn my main light on..i flicked the switch and the rm went dark instead of on ( a common occurence in my dreams with light switches).. i then sat behind my bedroom door was scared and wanted to go back in my body and then prayed... please god shed light on this darkness i said then woke up in my bed!! this experience happened over an hour i went to bed 3am and woke up just after 4am..I felt like i had had the best sleep of life though wide awake!! invigorating, amazing.. and now iam aware iam much more than a body... thankyou for reading this if you have, hopefully maybe insightful.. i havnt gone through the site yet but will. my experiences mostly have happened unprompted.. would like to learn more...
