My experience with LD's
Ok first of all I want to apologize if I make grammar mistakes english is not my first language, thx.
My experience starts as a kid I remember having LD's sometimes and I even remember one OBE when I was really young like 6 years old.
I started reading about this some months ago I read about the techniques and stuff so I told myself "hey you can do this"
I've had 3 partial lucid dreams and 1 vivid lucid dream in 3 months in the first 3 I found myself flying or even running like an animal but I couldnt get myself really lucid until this week
IT WAS AWESOME I first woke up and I could feel it right away it strikes like a thunder, sleep paralyzis so this is not the first time I've felt it so I just told myself this time u gotta make it right I started to see and hear all this weird stuff but I didn't payed too much attention so after like 10 min (It felt like that to me) I found myself in my room with my older brother but I was already lucid by that point I could remember the SP that I just got through so I told my brother you know what? If I can move this like a Jedi then I'm dreaming and I did!!
I took a look at myself in the mirror and my eyes were like lizardish :P
The thing is it ended really fast I couldn't keep up with the lucidity I could feel myself waking up :(
Well... I hope this inspire you to do it guys, It's something you have to experience
And I will like to have some tips on staying lucid since sppining didn't really helped a lot
thx for reading

Hey that's not a bad one!
I love going for the Jedi Powers in my LDs. I even managed to have a storm trooper battler in one of mine!
Personally, spinning is REALLY hit or miss with me. Last night it might have added a few seconds to my dream, but not much. I find it more useful to shout out loud "INCREASE LUCIDITY" while rubbing my hands together or touching an object in the dream. Other websites suggest that doing that helps your mind stay focus on the dream world around you. Keep it up!
