Euphoric Lucid, so elusive
I like that rhyme...
Anyways enough time has passed since I've had a good lucid and this is a very good way to end that time.
In short here is a quick summary of the most important parts of my lucid.
I was talking to my friend and he somehow sparked my thought that it was only a dream. After I finished laughing at my friend explaining to him that nothing was real, I found a girl. Unforutunatley my dream began to fade (this is a common occurence for me when I get "excited") So I backed off, and was still and slowly allowed myself to fade back the dreamscape. Here's the good stuff.
I took off flying. I was in the middle of a forested growth on a hill. I'm pretty sure there was snow. Gandalf was on an eagle in front of me. I flew down with him to the bottom of the hill and then turned to the right and began to curve upwards towards the hill. Gandalf now out of the picture. I flew up to a rocky wall, that definied the hill and I just stopped in mid air. I often play music in my head that inspires me and this is exactly what I did in the dream. I started playing one the really beautiful Harry Potter symphony compositions, the same one I was playing in my head in the waking world that evening. And I just floated upwards slowly in this beatiful nature scene playing that song as I spun acrobatically. Then this euphoric sensation came about my body. It was like a "mini enlightenment feeling." Its similar to the feeling I might conceptualize (I've never had a conciouss OBE) of being out the body, completely free and weightless. I can distinctly remember thinking to myself, this is better than an orgasm. It was really an amazing sensation. However as with the randomness of dreams I moved on after about 13 seconds of great experience. I did a lot flying until my dream faded and I woke up, curious If I could still remember the experience. Unfortunately as usual, I woke up and the experience was intangible.
This happens a lot. I know what I experience, but I cannot experience what I experienced. It's hard to explain, but if you remember your dreams it is possible or not hard to understand. The experience is there, I know it happened, but I can't experience it. Ahh... The confusingness of dreams. It boggles me.
Oh well I still know it was a great lucid.

I think I know what you're saying and I experience it as well. You recall doing something.. you KNOW you did it.. but you can't recall what it felt like or the complete details surrounding it.
I hate that by the way! :P
Congrats on your LD.. it sounds like it's one that will stay with you forever! :)
