      Unhappy Pain in my hands

      Whenever I experience SP it starts off as a prickly feeling which then becomes numbness and then usually I don't notice it. Occasionally though a dull throbbing is left over, usually in my hands, which I can still feel in my dream and when I wake up it's still there but gradually goes away. From what I can tell I haven't been laying on my hands or anything similar. Any ideas what this is?
