      Question How Is My LD Count?

      Hi DV! I wasn't 100% sure where to post this. But this seemed like the best place to me. Anyway...how is my LD count? I joined Febuary 12, 2010. My LD(from the day I made this post) is 96 I believe. That averages me 5-7 a month. But, over summer, my rate was 10 month. I see people who've been here only two years, and they've reached the thousands! So, answer this please:
      Is my count below average, average, or above average?

      Well it depends on the person. I don't always try to LD so my average is much lower. And some people LD every day so their average is higher. I don't have any statistics but all I can say is you are doing well.

      Are you happy with the frequency? That is all that matters. I seem to be happiest when I have a few lucid dreams per week. Normal dreams are so entertaining and interesting, I could never give them up, completely.

      I couldn't agree more with RB. If you want more LDs then your frequency is too low.

      But all in all you are doing well.

      I have a high LD count (it's several months outdated because I've been lazy), but it's not like I started trying to LD when I joined DV. I started over a decade ago. If you started around the time you joined, I'd say that your frequency is very good and you should be pretty happy with it. If you stick with it, you'll be LDing every night in no time.

      I started five months after you and my LD count is 120 LD's. So I would say that your LD count is in the average to low side.

      But as stated above it depends on person to person.
