I suppose a little bit of this and a little bit of that can have more effect than a whole load of the other thing.
Tenaciously sticking to one method can sometimes be bested by blind confidence and focus.

Yea I found it real easy to just slip back in...
I'm trying DEILD as well. It's the only method that I see that I can picture myself doing. DILD and WILD all seemed too.. difficult or complex, compared to DEILD's waking up at night and not moving. I already do that often enough, shouldn't be long til I land a winner one night.

No way! I use it to trick myself into believing I had had tons of lucids before, to make it less difficult. If I put a big fat zero there, I see every day that I have had none. If I list it as a big number, then it makes me feel like I am used to lucid dreaming.

Wow THREE?? Congratulations :banana: I'm still trying to get out of my dry spell of about 2 years :( but i think im going to start using the DEILD method now since that seems so much more natural than WILD or WBTB
