My First (Intentional) WILD!

WILD? WILD!

WBTB from an alarm, after turning my alarm off, I went to sleep almost straight away. While I was getting to sleep, increased my awareness on one sense (physical) and repeated a mantra in my head "I know the feeling of dreaming". There was a 'whooshing sound' and I was in an FA. Excited that I was in a dream; from my bed I done the nose reality check and teleported infront of my bathroom straight away.
I woke up into FA. Fair ecstatic that I had lucided after about a week or two of nothing, I went straight over to the computer.
Then I woke up, this time for real.


Maybe this will be my new thing? Repeating my mantra while increasing awareness on one of the five senses? I did not lose any lucidity, I just woke up straight away into another FA.
