I Had A Dream with a lot more symbols than I thought...

I was riding down the highway in one of those white vans, I guess maybe a church van. The things after this are kind of blurry, but I somehow end up in a co-ed(?) prison. It’s like none I’ve ever heard of. the longer you stay in, the more authority you have and the more privileges you obtain. There isn’t really much regulation on rules, because there are none, whoever it is that owned it just let the people run it. The “Prison” was in a warehouse like building but was gigantic; you couldn’t see the other side, the ceiling was probably around 30 stories up though, and there were buildings filling the whole thing. It was basically a miniature city. so, at day 4, you could go into the bar(alcohol was the first “drug” you were able to obtain, cigarettes were easily obtainable, and the next thing after alcohol to get was marijuana; I hadn’t figured out the rest), that was basically where you started out and you just worked your way up from there. I think me and my friend(who was in there with me) killed someone; he said we were going to be there for at least 30 or 31 years. They did take all my belongings, my wallet as well. I guess so the currency would be something other than the US dollar. Thank god. Anyway, the “owners” (more of the moderators) of the bar basically told me to just wait out till day 4. So for the four days, I just slept in an already made cot right outside of the bar, and a woman approached me, she was trashy, yet beautiful. She sat down near the cot, so I got up and sat next to her and we talked for awhile. When I finally went to bed, I decided that I would actually really like to spend the rest of my life here. I don’t care that I’m in a “prison” it’s no different than the way I already live (and probably will for the rest of my life). I didn’t care that my family and my girlfriend didn’t know where I was. I’ve always wanted to run away and start all over, but I was too chicken to do it myself. In this circumstance, I didn’t have any control over it, and I liked the outcome! When I “awoke”, I was in my friend’s driveway. I asked him what had happened and he said that they had set us free. I checked my pockets and none of my belongings were there (I carry a whole bunch of everything in my pockets). I asked him why that was and he said that they would return our belongings within the week. I was free, but I didn’t feel free, I wanted to kill myself then and there. I didn’t think I wanted to go back to the prison, but I surely didn’t want to stay here. My friend was about to drive me home when his neighbor jumped out and scared him (the kid’s like… 8) and my friend started chasing him. My friend had left the keys in the car… I jumped in the front seat and without him noticing a thing, I started driving off. I kept driving and driving. Darkness surrounded the car, but I felt familiar with where I was and where I was going. I kept driving on and on; feeling more and more free with each breath I took, noise I heard, and thing I saw. Then I really woke up. You can imagine my disappointment. I just sat in my bed for half an hour, half wanting to forget the dream, half wanting to go back to it. I finally decided that maybe I should just write about it. And so I did! I want to know what you guys think about it.

Interesting! It sucks that just as you sorted it all out in your head and were happy with it, you woke up outside! I wonder where you would have ended up if you kept driving? Maybe you can incubate this scene and keep going.

Yea... It was very aggravating... I wasn't too happy haha. and the driving part was when I started waking up; It'd be cool to see what else would've happened...
