Crooked Neck after SP release.

I experienced this thing more than two times:

I was in SP, lying on my bed. I realised that, and started to try and get free. I do this, forgeting my real body and focusing in the Dream body.

Once I get up, my neck is crooked (bend, tilt, watherver) and I see everything in a sideview.

I try to put it straight but I can't, and it spoils my release from SP, in a manner that I have to give up lucidity and get back to SP. I try again, and again crooked neck.

I suppose it is because I lie in my bed in a side position (not in my back nor my belly). But this is the best position to my in order to get lucid in SP.

I wonder if anyone else had this experience and what do you do to get your neck straight again.

By the way: I aways forget to try a spinning. (cause the feeling is so akward that I don't want it to last longer)
