Thread: 1st WILD

I did it this morning.

This morning I woke up around 9:15, I thought \"what a good time to try WBTB / WILD\"

I tried to relax and just kept repeating \"I will have a lucid dream\" in my head as i tried visualizing myself on the beach somewhere or something, waiting for any vibrations or sounds in my head or anything. *

... nothing. * I decide to clear my sinuses, because they were bothering me, so i get up and cough out some gunk into the trash, then i go the bathroom and take out my retainer and then go back to bed. I feel much less sleepless than i did before, and was ready to go back to sleep.

Thist time I decide to just get cozy and to imagin myself running along somewhere. Soon I start to feel my legs moving, running. I let the feeling develop, and soon I begin to see that I am running down the path at my town's golf course. I keep running for a little longer to anchor myself into the dream, then I think \"I need to find a dream guide. Too bad I am in the middle of this golf course and there is nobody around.\" I keep running, then.. *I half wake up because I hear my dad talking in the kitchen. Being only half awake, I am able to keep dreaming, so I keep running. I'm half woken up by my dad's voice 2 more times, but still I just keep running along the golf course. Eventually the dream fades to normal sleep. But I am content, finnally successfully completing WILD. *
