Experiencing life changing surgeries in dreams

Have anybody of you ever tried experiencing a life change through a surgery in a dream? I once dreamed that i was on a finished ISS(Space station for you land crabs), in some kind of huge social experiment. Apparently we were supposed to see if deriving sexual pleasure from each other would prolong our ability to stay out there or something. But then we figured out all the girls were closet lesbians, and the guys were strictly straight. So a docter called me in for a medical check, but then suddenly two Robot arms(or was it strong men) restrained me, and he kind of splitted my dick, did some cuts here and there, and suddenly.. VAGINA, apparently i could voluntarily fold it back into a penis by softly, not hardly, pressing whatever the name is of the muscles used for defeccation, along with some rythmical stuff with the gut. Then i had sex with some of the lesbians for weird reasons, but apaprently also forcibly enjoyed by one of the male astronauts.. this turned me into an autogynecophile.

I am planning a dream where i get a real SRS, complete with chest, shape and genitial reassignment, i read the whole medical procedure and many journals by trans women. I just want to see what my overly nearly autistic in detail nerdery wannabe simulation computer brain would project. Complete with sores, and the life afterwards, see how an alternative dream family i would be part of would react.

I am so fucking excited to experience that.
It your fucking world! Do whatever you want to it.. Its fine, as you cant do it in the waking world, you will never think of doing it in the waking world, if its something wrong like blowing up the world or raping a cat..

WILDs: 1 DILDs: 2 DEILD: 1(Maybe more, because many times i i figure it out while exitting the dream..)
