      dream abilities

      why is it that whenever i teleport in my dream everything gets blurry after reaching my destination until i manage to stabilize the dream

      Your mind isn't prepared for the new location. It's not like it's there straight away and you just have to see it, your mind almost has to load it up, the colours and shaped and distances and textures. You can look at something in real life and it is just information going straight to your head. In dreams your mind is making everything. It's harder to do.

      My teleporting is kind of similar, except everything get's bright rather than blurry...but yeah

      Think of it as an online video game of some sort... When you go to new places, your mind (or the RAM chip/internet browser) has to buffer the new place, smooth the graphics, load the algorithms, all of that good stuff. Once you become more experienced in recognition and stabilization.
