Hild...but a problem

I went to sleep around 1 and woke up about 7 am. I was pretty tired/gorggy and tought. "man I should really try HILD (Hagarts). Within about 5 seconds i could already feel SP. I was also hearing Hs because my fan was making weird noises and was cutting off. I did this for about 20 seconds, and for some reason I was like, im dreaming. I opened my eyes. Everything was vivid, (I wear glasses/contacts and I didnt have them in), and I was in my room the same way I lay, and the fan was still on. I tired the nose RC, and it worked. I was like "OK be Calm". I sat there for about 5 seconds and decided to get up and wander. But I coulndt get up. I remeber readong about this happening. So I tried closing my eyes and thinking of somewhere else, and possibly goign there....That didnt work. So I opened them again and I was still in my bed. I sat there with my eyes open looking over my room, posibly maybe giving my dream some time to actaully occur before I was able to wander. I tried and struggled to get up. It was then my eye site started to become blurry and fade into black...I knew this was the end :mad:
I woke up...

Any suggestions (it doesnt have to be only for HILD, it could be any way, WILD ,etc..) of how you can overcome this....It kinda pissed me off.
