Alternate Reality Dreams
I just recently experienced this and I felt like sharing it with all of you. :)
Anyway a couple of nights ago I had a nightmare(the first in months, maybe years) At the end of the dream I was practically cornered and hiding from the evil things(oversized spiders). I was in the basement hoping they wouldnt find me and my new found friend. Now in this dream my best friend died earlier in the dream, but I did not witness his death because somehow I fell unconcious during the attack of the spiders and somehow I survived the attack. Anyway I realized it was a dream somehow when I was in the basement fearing for my life and I couldnt take it anymore. I didn't want to explore or defeat the spiders because I wsa to scared. Fear took over me. I wanted to wake up so I forced myself awake. When I woke up I immediately went back to bed and I then Im back in the same exact place I was in before in the same dream, except it was different. This dream was exactly the same as the previous one, but in this dream there were no spiders and there never was. It was like an alternate reality and my best friend that died is alive now. I knew it was a dream to, but it ended minutes later.
Has anyone experienced this? Going about in the same dream, but within a different reality. An alternate universe. I just thought it was interesting . Tell me what you think

Yeah that kinda happened to me the other day I posted it somewhere I think...
Gandalf told me to stand on the edge of a cliff and to wake up and then come back.
I did so much to my surprise but he, my friends, the village that was south of me... everything gone, I was just alone in the forest, the landscape had not changed a bit..

Thats quite strange, i rarely ever 'go' back into dreams.
I have gone back into dreams, by shifting in sleep or something, but i seemed to have lost some time in the dream, but never changed realities within a dream.

I've gone back into the same dream a number of times, but it was more of a continuation thing instead of alternates

Yea, it was a first for me. I was relieved though. I had another nightmare when I took a nap. This time I had a VERY abusive father. I hope I dont get another one. I rarely get nightmares and If i get another one I'll probably see it as a bad sign....
